I love how human they are, it's just not mindless meat waves getting cut down. I also with GW would to a change on the fan made products. For movies like this let them be made, just put down because this is WH40k material and they can make and sell stuff based off of it. You should have a yearly vote of the fans to see what one of these fan made creations is added to the canon. I would also put more rules on the Space Marines and other high profile characters or units.
It’s even more insane how someone can make this with mods and a scripted game engine. You could say this looks better than GW’s funded animations. Until GW gut their corporate board and put people in place who understand the media gold mine they are sitting on, they will always short themselves. I love your idea. It would unite the fan basis with GW unlike anything we have seen from another fictional IP. It wouldn’t cost them anything to do let alone compromise any of their investments. What is more 21st century than fans helping create the lore? It would be revolutionary. It sounds like something GW would have done with the mentality they had in the 80’s.
Fun fact! The armor used in this series is from the 553rd Cadian, an Arma 3 unit that I'm a part of, so seeing the stuff I see my buddies equipped with every Sunday was quite a weird experience. No relation between the unit and the animator, so unfortunately the chances of hearing/seeing an Australian Commissar are basically nil.

not going to lie, when i saw the Armigers (sp?), when i saw that i got gitty and could not help but say " wheres there's an armiger there more, and wheres there a group of armigers there's a knight ( one of my top three faction/type of army in 40k) fun fact: armigers are smaller knights, don't need a pilot to undergo the ritual of becoming, anyone can pilot an armiger as long as they have the know how.
its insane to me how much more watchable scorch is than 90% of warhammer +. And I think it comes down mostly to the sound, they really nailed the chaos of battle, big explosions, and proper ambient sounds.
If there's one piece of criticism I have to level at this animation (as much as I *loved* so many things it absolutely did right) is that the ground battle sequence with the Armiger feels too "close". I can't tell if it's the depth of field of the camera or the zoom (if you can tell, I'm not a cinematography person xD), but it feels like everything was crammed in. But, man, seeing the combined arms was cool...
I have some real hope for this project... But then I'd had real hopes for "The Death of Hope" project, as well... LoL. I am an optimist by nature, I suppose... heh. 😅
W40k Noob here. How does "Economy" of chaos forces work. They have their own chaos factories to make guns, food and equipment or do they use those from worlds they teke over?

Not as memey and shortform as Majorkill, not as long and monotonous as Luetin. Your vids are an excellent balance and make for excellent watching vids. This was a pleasure. My only and only as a small gripe is that It does feel like you are just reading a script for a bit, gotta emphasize a bit more.
Again whilst it is easy to assume that most khornate worshippers are blood maddened berserkers which may be the case for their less mentally strong troops, it is those who have their tempers and aggression honed and controlled who are the truly dangerous and most effective being able to both attack aggressively and without mercy, not stopping to allow the enemy to rest or reorganize, when they are given an objective they will push through regardless, that being said unlike regular khornate soldiers who’ll die obligingly down the barrels of their enemies guns, blood pact troops will dive for cover and think more on a tactical scale rather than bum rushing an enemy fixed position, ie they’ll push as far as they can go and if they encounter say a bunker or fixed enemy positions, then rather than charging they’ll call for tanks or a heavy weapons team to deal with problem again it’s easy to mistake one thing for another in 40K despite being completely separate entities, again take the death korps of krieg who whilst come off as suicidal and super depressed, doesn’t mean that they’re willing to casually throw lives away, such is the cult of sacrifice, because to die pointless to the krieg is also considered a sin, to die pointlessly, just means that a life could’ve been better spent elsewhere instead they chose to squander it, the same way how a fleet admiral wouldn’t squander a battleship in order to hunt down a few pirate corvettes, the same way how you wouldn’t waste a bullet for a dying enemy and again the same can be said for the orks, whereas gork may be the god of upfront and wholesale slaughter, mork is more about being able to slaughter the enemy in the most efficient way possible, take ww2 and the war in Ukraine as an example, whilst gork might favor say the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki being both upfront and brutal, whilst mork would be akin to the Russians attack on the Ukrainian dam where again both caused massive damage and casualties, but it is in their implementation that’s the key difference, again take say an armored convoy moving through a valley, whilst gork followers would jump out and charge the enemy, vs mork followers who would place explosives along the top of the valley in order to crush and trap the enemy in a massive two sided landslide, causing the enemy to either be crushed to death or trapped by the oncoming rocks,

We have video games with soft body physics simulated in the millions. The tech is there to make it. It has never been easier to create huge budget effects for next to nothing and it gets easier to make everyday.
ships warp jumping into athmosphere or even near planets goes completely against 40k canon. any significant gravity well will tear a ship apart if it enters or exists warp unless its perfectly perpendicular to that gravity well and even then its an incredibly risky move. usually warp jumps are only safe out of system or at the Lagrange points of a system which is why so many canon sources mention days or weeks worth of travel in system between jumps. if ships could casually jump in athmosphere orbital and system defenses would be utterly useless and the way 40k ships are set up for deep space warfare would make zero sense. its saddening to see so little thought put into those animations that they ignore basic lore and in universe mechanics just to make things that "look cool" it reminds me of the way the more recent star wars movies butchered their FTL system by using it as a glorified kamikaze railgun.
